My Organic Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa, or black cumin) can be used topically as well as taken by mouth. Black seed has been used medicinally for thousands of years, and is even mentioned in the bible as a metaphor for the personal ways He disciplines each of us for the most beneficial outcome.

Not only are carrier oils are used in aromatherapy to dilute essential oils to a level that is safe to use on the skin, they actually prevent the volatile essential oils from evaporating too quickly, and they CARRY the oil's deep into your skin and cells so they can get to work healing. They mainly consist of fatty acids or lipids. These fatty acids have therapeutic properties that add additional benefits to an essential oil blend.

How You Can Use Emerald's Organic Black Seed Oil
By Mouth
- Take 1-2 teaspoons of black seed oil daily.
