Parsely Leaf

A member of the umbelliferous vegetable family, parsley is rich in nutrients, such as vitamins A, C and E, bioflavonoids, iron, folic acid, volatile oils, coumarins, flavonoids, chlorophyll and other phyto-nutrients.

Parsley contains more vitamin C than any other culinary vegetable, i.e. approximately three times as much as that found in an orange and about the same amount as blackcurrants. Its iron content is high (around twice as much as spinach). It is also a good source of manganese, calcium and potassium.

When taken with chlorella, it helps the chelation process of removing heavy metals from your body.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

Add 1-2 teaspoons to 6-8 oz of 200-212 degree filtered or spring water.

Let tea infuse for 4-7 minutes, my favorite way to enjoy this one is a bit stronger, and super hot with maple syrup, or honey, and milk, just like real porridge.
