SHIPPING POLICIES
ANNOUNCEMENT: When you order a product that is on PRE-ORDER SALE, you are ordering abut two weeks or so ahead of production, plan for a minimum three week ship time. We thank you for your patience as we are just as excited to get your new to you as you are to receive them and will get them out the door asap!
We endeavor to ship all orders within 72 business hours of receipt.

USA ORDERS
Shipping charges are calculated based on a USPS flat rate bubble envelope which can fit up to eight 10ml essential oil varieties. Therefore the shipping rate is the same when you order 1 bottle as when you order 8 bottles. The next size up is a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box which can fit up to 16 bottles. Stock up to save on shipping!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You may be required by your government to pay a customs fee. Emerald Glory is not responsible for customs fees. If you are unsure, please check with your country’s customs policies prior to ordering.

RECYCLED PACKAGING
When available, we reuse boxes, clean packaging paper and recycled peanuts to safely pack and ship your order.

RETURN POLICY
Your happiness with Emerald Oils is important to me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me with in 14 days from the date of receipt to obtain a RMA number. Goods returned not due to our error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must have a RMA number supplied by me. Once your return request is approved you will be notified of the amount of IN STORE credit that you will receive. All credits must be used within 1 year of the issue date.

All damage and shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment.

Emerald glory Wellness requests customer email and/or mailing address on specific forms. Whenever the identity of a visitor is requested, we clearly indicate the purpose of the request. You may easily be removed from the list at any time by looking for the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of every email. This site maintains a strict “no-spam” policy.

When completing an order you can check a box asking us to create an account for you. This will save your billing and shipping address, making it easier for you to order next time. If you are a returning customer simply log in. Customer records are stored securely and are never sold to a third party.
