The Frankincense, Lavender, Immunity, Miracle, and Shalom are all wonderful for diffusing and/or massage and bath.

The Tea Tree can also be used in these ways but has a very strong midicinal scent so I like to reserve it for spot use.

Diffuse:Just add a few drops to your diffuser with distilled water.

Bath: Add 5 to 20 drops of essential oil to 1 T of fractionated coconut, olive, jojoba, or almond oil, OR 1/4 cup of whole milk, then mix into bath water.

Massage: Add 8 drops drops to 1T of fractionated coconut, olive, jojoba or almond oil, then massage wherever needed.
 
Small spot use: Mix 3-5 drops into 1t fractionated coconut, olive, jojoba or almond oil, then massage onto area needed.
