This variety of Yarrow (Green) is my favorite herb for women's reproductive health. (While Yarrow (Blue) is my favorite for wound healing, to stop bleeding, and prevent infection.) It brought my menstrual cycle into PEACE, taking it from ten days down to three on a consistent 28 day cycle. It also made the menopause season easy for me!
