Many times when I am creating a tea, tisane, oil, or supplement, I am inspired by and praying through what my own body may need, the Sweet Surrender Tea is such a product.
Yes, I'll admit it! I have a sweet tooth and rarely eat a meal without a sweet treat ending! As a former pastry chef and gradaughter of an Italian grandmother who made the most amazing Italian and Hungarian pastries-it's in my blood and I kind of like it that way! For a single serving: Add 2-3t to 8oz of 190 degree spring, or filtered water, steep for 2-3 minutes. For a stronger brew, add more tea, a longer steep causes the water to absorb the tannins which in turn reduces the health benefits and makes the tea bitter!
