Peace, Be Still Anti-Anxiety/Stress Wellness Tisane

Organic Astragalus: Astragalus is a powerful adaptogen that encourages our body to correctly respond to all forms of stress-physical, emotional, and environmental. It helps fight anxiety and fatigue, and also boosts our bodies ability to fight illness and disease.

Organic Holy Basil (Tulsi): Tulsi is highly antibiotic, adaptogenic, antibacterial and anti-fungal. It has been shown to cure skin disorders, and is my favorite herb for calming the nervous system and can even help relieve headaches. This is the herb that Father used to take my body out of adrenal fatigue and panic, and make me feel normal again a decade ago, before He set me totally free. 

Organic Lavender: Lavender has a soothing aroma that can help calm anxiety. Drinking tea with lavender can help lower stress hormones in the body.

Organic Lemon Balm: Lemon balm is a member of the mint family, and it can be used to provide relief from insomnia and anxiety, and it fights inflammation as well!

Organic Passion Flower: Passion flower is not only beautiful, but is shown to  reduce anxiety, lower blood pressure,  improve sleep and reduce inflammation.

 

Organic Oatstraw: The alkaloids in Oatstraw make it wonderful for calming anxiety. Oat straw can also relieve feelings of exhaustion and depression, help reduce blood pressure and balance your hormone production.

Organic Rooibos: Rooibos has 6 times the antioxidants of green tea, is completely caffeine-free, and has been shown to help with relaxation. Also, it contains alpha hydroxy acid and zinc which are wonderful for skin health!

Organic Schisandra Berries: Schisandra is known as the five-flavor fruit because it's flavor is bitter, sweet, salty, sour, and hot! This is incredible to me and speaks to this miracle fruits healing capabilities. Schisandra beneficially impacts every organ in the body.

Vanilla has also been known to reduce anxiety and depression. Plus, as most know, it tastes amazing! Especially with the Lavender in this beautifully, calming blend.

For a single serving: Add 2t to 8oz of 200 degree spring, or filtered water, let tisane infuse for 5 minutes. Drink as is, or add honey to taste. Serve hot, or over ice.
