When the Lord nudged me to create a Dead Sea bath soak to help people decompress, calm cortisol production, and regulate the nervous system, He also inspired my daughter and me that very moment to create an oil blend that would make the bath not only smell incredible, but work synergistically with the calming, healing properties of the salt to encourage cell regeneration, ease of mind after the long days we are living in, and so much more.
This is the very first blend we created specifically for MEN, because even manly men need self-care too!
A Mikveh is an Old Testament washing that was a prophetic picture of BAPTISM in Yeshua! It was required before entering the Temple, but grew to be a daily part of life for YHWH’s people-cleansing after menstruation, contact with the dead or other unclean things, and for holy preparations, such as pilgrimage to Jerusalem! It was for ‘washing away’ anything that may defile them and keep them separated from the Lord.
For a Mikveh it was necessary to use a natural flowing source and not something collected from human hands. I LOVE THIS, because it shows that our Creator is the source of the cleansing (Like JESUS) and that we are incapable of cleansing or saving ourselves!
The term MIKVEH shares the same root letters as the Hebrew word for HOPE (tikveh) which represents both physical purification and the hope of restoration. HalleluYah!
Can this oil cleanse us spiritually? No, only Yeshua can do that. But is it filled with His glory in the plants He created to help wash the day away, leaving behind what no longer serves us, restore our tired minds and bodies, and even inspire cell regeneration (redemption!). He is SO GOOD! It assists in deep, calming relaxation, mood balance and even cell regeneration.
