Sometimes you just need a cookie, and these Almond Flour Sugar Cookies will never disappoint!


Crispy edges, chewy-cakey centers, crunchy coarse sugar, deep caramelly richness from the brown sugar, and gluten free to boot! These are afternoon tea, or even birthday party worthy, but I will confess-I even ate them from breakfast this morning! (Almonds have vitamin E, and antioxidants!) And considering you can whip up a batch in about 20 minutes, I'd say they are the perfect all around cookie. ENJOY!
