The secret to perfectly textured, soft and chewy whole grain bread is...(drumroll!)
Two tablespoons of PSYLLIUM HUSK mixed into your water, plus 1 beaten egg.
I use the Emerald Better You psyllium husk Lifefiber Complete in all my bread recipes because it also has a bit of GINGER which acts as an extra dough conditioner and yeast booster! Just keep in mind when you use this tried and true trick for your whole grain or gluten free bread recipes, you may need to increase your water just a bit. Enjoy!
