Easy DIY Natural Medicine Cabinet, for Times of Crisis and Always (Part 1)

Hey friends and family, odds are if you are reading this in the middle of the day today it is most likely because you are self quarantining yourself and your loved ones due to the Covid-19 scare that is sweeping the planet! We really don't know how serious it is, and I and so many others have lots of theories of where it came from and where it's going, but the bottom line is that cornonavirus or not, we should all be ready for anything at anytime. After all, viruses are not new and the flu alone affects almost every household more than once a year. Just remember, none of this is a surprise or new to our Creator. He already provided for His people to fight this. Use wisdom, have faith, do what you can and leave the rest up to Him! He has got you!
How to Prepare
The best thing we can all do is take care of our immune system so we never get sick in the first place. This is what I have done and rarely get sick. (It's been years!) Also, we want to have a few key antivirals, antibacterials and some things for respiriatory and stomach bug relief, just in case. Here is my list for a simple Natural Medicine Cabinet you can assemble very quickly just in case this corona thing gets out of hand, but even if it doesn't, this will set you up for great health all around. I will do another post on foraging for medicine in nature on our own if it comes to that. But for now we can purchase them so we should take advantage!
