They taste somewhat bitter, (like black tea, or tobacco leaves ) but can be sweetened up a bit with these Dark Chocolate Coconut Goji disks.
If you know how to temper chocolate, DO THAT! If not, the fridge will work just fine.
Melt chopped chocolate carefully over a double boiler, remove from heat, add about 1/3 more chopped chocolate and stir until melted.
Drop by a teaspoon full onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
Top with gojis, dried coconut, and a little coarse sea salt, (salted pistachios would be excellent too!)
Let set at room temp if tempered, or in the fridge if not.
Store in air right container (in the fridge for the untempered version) and enjoy as a healthy, any time antioxidant snack! I personally think they are even pretty enough to serve for the holidays.
