Three Earthquakes-The Second Shaking is Coming
The Dream
Two nights ago I had a dream. The whole world experienced an earthquake all at once. Chaos abounded and people were very, very frightened. I was in the midst of it and knew that the earthquake was the first of THREE.
I could simultaneously see everyone running in confusion and talking about the quake-and at the same time I had an image in my spiritual sight that showed me three cracks below the earth surface. The first was a thin crack, the second, a bit deeper down in the earth was a huge crack with a giant crevasse in the center, the third even deeper was again a thin crack. I knew that the cracks represented three quakes and the measure of the shaking.
The first was a warning quake that shook people's foundation. There was enough damage to shake everyone up, but no injuries or deaths-it was a wake up call with a need for people to take action and make changes. The second that was almost upon us would be catastrophic. Many, many lives would be lost and life would not return to the way we knew it. The third was again, a smaller but stirring shaking.
My only thought was to spread the gospel of Jesus before the second quake. I was desperate to tell people about Jesus! I was running in the streets of a city looking for people in trouble to tell them about Jesus. The first person (I have no recollection of what they looked like) accepted Jesus very easily, the second was in a drug or alcohol stupor and was wasting away, they were skin and bones and before I could give them the good news of the gospel I had to do spiritual warfare in order to wake them up so they could hear the message of salvation. The warfare was frustrating because I knew that time was ticking and the second earthquake was coming! I woke up while ministering deliverance to the second person.
The Interpretation
The First Shaking
Much theological study has been done on the shaking that is found in God's word. I am not going to attempt to understand or explain it all here, but here are my thoughts based on scripture. The first shaking (sifting) was when the old covenant was done away with and a new covenant was established in JESUS. That was a big shaking. And it is not to be without notice that there was an actual earth quake when Jesus died on the cross. Those that loved God were able to see that Jesus was the very Messiah they were waiting for. Those that had no love for God but only pride in religion-fell away during the shaking. True believer's faith was preserved as the covenant was transformed and the next stage of God's plan came to fruition. The time between the first shaking and the second is the time when we should be desperate to share the gospel! For when the second shaking comes, many will be lost! That time is NOW!
I believe that there will also be an actual shaking event, an earthquake, that occurs and causes people to fear and run in confusion very, very soon as a final warning before entering the second shaking. What a perfect time to be ready to share the HOPE of JESUS to the lost and scared!
The Second Shaking
The second shaking (sifting) is the the tribulation period, and quite possibly the rapture of the church just before. In the dream I knew that I would not be affected by the second quake and had zero fear of it even though it was to be catastrophic. My only concern was saving others with the message of Jesus before the quake for their sake-not mine.
My other end times dreams have always been America centered, this is the first time that I was shown an event that would shake the whole world.
Many will be lost forever as a result of this second shaking. The time to share the message and love of Jesus is NOW! Those pure of heart will find Jesus in this tribulation period, those who continue to reject Him-will be lost in the sifting.
The Third Shaking
The third shaking I think speaks of Jesus' second coming after the tribulation period, satan is cast into the pit for a thousand years but then he is let out again for a short time. Once again, God is going to shake what can be shaken and those who's foundation is on Him will remain steadfast, while those who do not know Him will fall away forever.
I believe that we are in the season just before the second shaking. The earthquake is figurative and literal and the time to get serious about your life with Jesus is NOW. The time to share Him with everyone-even strangers on the street is NOW.
The warfare is real. There is a battle to be done via heavenly warfare that will wake people from their stupors so that they can receive the message of the gospel-but time is almost up and the workers are few. It is time to feel God's desperate heart for the lost and do our part in prayer and in deed. Do not delay, the second shaking is coming!
Hebrews 12: 25 See that you do not refuse him who is speaking. For if they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, much less will we escape if we reject him who warns from heaven. 26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” 27 This phrase, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of things that are shaken—that is, things that have been made—in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, 29 for our God is a consuming fire.
