I chose the child-safe oils in the Emerald Oils Exhale blend specifically from studies showing which essential oils are proven to help overcome harmful respiratory bacteria, as well as open breathing, and calm lung issues.

Bergamot may help suppress airway inflammation and reduce mucosal irritation, can soothe coughing discomfort, and help clear stuffy nasal passages.
Cypress can help open up the airways, expectorate mucus, and calm a spasmodic cough, lymph circulation to help detox toxins.
Geranium oil helps clear airways, reduce sinus congestion, and soothe sore throats.
Ginger helps reduce airway inflammation, loosens mucus, and fights infections.
Lavender (High altitude French) relaxes muscles in the respiratory tract, helps to soothe dry cough, and bronchial spasms, promotes easier breathing.
