do some more digging for info. I had no idea they were this amazing! Did you know that their root system, with its tiny root hairs can total many miles per sunflower? Amazing. Sunflowers are like a beautiful sponge that the Lord created to absorb radiation, heavy metals and other poisons from the ground and the air all around us!
