𝑴𝒚 𝒔𝒐𝒏, 𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒚, 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒊𝒕 𝒊𝒔 𝒈𝒐𝒐𝒅,

But we also know that too much of a good thing, can be a very bad thing and that temptation to over do it is VERY real. 🙁
𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒇𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅 𝒉𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝑬𝒂𝒕 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅,

Our flesh is weak. Resisting with sheer will power will only get us so far and it is NOT FUN. Once we give in, the enemy's tools of shame and guilt are right there waiting to pounce and we find ourselves right back on a crazy cycle of deny, give in, deny, give in. Our jeans stay tight and our self esteem low and we live in constant defeat. 🙁
Guys, that's not freedom in Jesus. That's no way to live. If you can find a few recipes that you LOVE, where the food is delicious, beautiful, and special, where it feels like you're blessing your soul and spirit and treating yourself, but it also VERY GOOD FOR YOU physically, then you can get off that vicious cycle and start seeing some real results in your weigh loss and healing efforts.
