It's Autumn and Sukkot is coming up! Yay! This means it's BONFIRE SEASON so please-give me all the s'mores! But wait-marshmallows are filled with PORK which kind of puts a damper on the party for those of us who adhere to the Torah food laws. Yuck!
Enter grass-fed maple marshmallows made with organic beef gelatin, and pure maple syrup that only take fifteen minutes to make! Yay! I first saw these on Instagram and I am sorry to say that I forget who posted them, so off to Google I went and after reasearching many recipes, here is my own version.
Now to decide if I should make homemade spelt grahams, OR almond flour chocolate chip cookies for the s'mores! Maybe BOTH :)
