You know how in the Old Testament when the Angel of the Lord showed up and people baked unleavened cakes/bread? This is the cake that I will bake if the Angel of the Lord ever shows up to talk to me!
Yesterday was the first day of Unleavened Bread so I made this little 6” unleavened cake for myself and ate the whole thing! Ha! (I don't recommend that.)
It’s so light, and flavorful- made with fine almond flour (so it's a gluten free cake!) and olive oil, and ZERO leavening. If Jesus doesn’t come back this year, I’m adding this as the dessert for next year’s Passover.
