Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (Aka Homemade Oreos)
I know if may surprise some of you to see me eating something so over the top decadent and sweet, but YES, I do splurge! I eat a lot of greens, take my supplements, buy local organic, and grassfed, raise chickens for fresh eggs, grind my own grain, and anoint with Emerald oils daily! But I also LOVE my dessert. I've been a baker since I was about six years old, and even spent my twenties working as a pastry chef! So I although i definitely beleive sugar should be in moderation, dessert in the Ohler house is not going anywhere any time soon. Lol
Today I'm sharing family's favorite cookie that I make, by far! The cookie recipe is from a Hershey's book, and the buttercream filling possibilites are limitless.
Keep it simple with vanilla or chocolate like I did here, or add a couple of drops of the Emerald Wild Orange, Coffee, Lavender, Bergamot, Rose, or Peppermint essential oils to mix things up!* *Emerald oils are the purest on the planet with CoA certificates to prove their purity. I chose
to write "For external use only" on every bottle because it has been proven that using them internally is the LEAST EFFECTIVE way to obtain healing. The bible says to anoint with oil, and that YHWH values AROMAS, so that is how I recommend using them for healing.
That said, I do use them a drop or two at a time for FLAVOR because when used correctly, like I recommend here, they are DELICIOUS, the variety and purity of the flavor is so much better than from extracts. Enjoy! Proverbs 24:13-14
