Whole Wheat No Yeast Naan

DID YOU KNOW? When white flour started to be mass produced instead of grinding fresh whole grains at home, insane asylums in the US started to fill up at such an alarming rate that the government decided they'd better try to "put back" something similar to the nutrients that factories stripped from the grain to produce flour. That's right. What we know as "enriched flour" is actually grain that has been completely stripped of all life and nutritional value, then enriched with synthetic substitutes. It's dead and has man's counterfeit nutrition added. Real whole grain flour is real food. The germ and the bran contain 90% of the berry’s nutrition, so stripping those two vital components from the grain also removes over 30 nutrients!

YAHWEH made grain and YAHWEH made our bodies. He made them to go together! When man stripped the grain of all good things and stopped grinding it fresh, we invited disease death into our bodies. So sad! The answer? Grind our own at home.

Three servings of whole grain/day reduces the risk of stroke, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and digestive system related cancers. Whole grains provide essential nutrients such as fiber, vitamins (especially B vitamins) and minerals (zinc, iron, magnesium, manganese).
