I am bursting as I write this! Bursting with the pure joy of the Lord that comes with finding new treasures and assignments while walking the narrow path with our Lord Jesus.
Just a week ago today I sat at a table at Chili's for dinner with my husband weeping over the state of the world as a result of sin, only to arrive at church and discover that the sermon was on Nehemiah and how he wept at the state of Jerusalem because of their sin, I was encouraged to fight for righteousness another day.
We truly are in the end times. He is coming back soon! But His goodness never quits. He told us to occupy until He returns (Luke 19:13) and as we daily seek Him for Kingdom assignments-He is gracious to give them.
The balance between following dreams & assignments with the Lord, and watching the sky for His soon return is not an easy one. But I am doing my best to find it.
